Return and Refund Policy

At Kidsohappy®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with a product, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • Time Frame: You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Any claims for refunds beyond this period will not be entertained.
  • Condition of the Item: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Process for Initiating a Refund

  1. Email Notification: To start a refund, you must contact us at support@kidsohappy.com. Please include your order number, contact details, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond with authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Shipping the Product Back: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.

Refund Issuance

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, usually within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kidsohappy.com.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
